Joel was a great find. We wanted to make some major changes to a newly purchased home that is about thirty years old. His design and architecture expertise has been great for us to work with. We are very detailed, analytical types that have not done a project of this size before and he has listened to all of our ideas and presented us with designs that would totally change the look of the house, inside and out. He has a great rapport and takes time with us to make sure he understands what we are looking for and gently corrects our ideas if they are not going to work structurally or aesthetically.
