As a busy entrepreneur, I needed help designing my new restaurant. Dairy Queen Canada had provided us with conceptual drawings for our new DQ Grill and Chill with no direction on how to make the new concept a reality.

I hired Joel Wells Architect Inc., a locally owned and operated professional firm, who transformed these drawings into reality. Joel assembled a team of consultants, who incorporated our ideas, and proven systems, into a common sense and practical design that met our projected budget. I took on the role of General Contractor for the project and with Joel's help, the Construction Manager and I awarded contracts, kept the trades accountable for quality of workmanship and ensured that they followed the drawings to Joel’s high standards. He helped me to coordinate the timing of the trades, delivery of equipment, and kept the project on its timeline.

We are extremely happy with our new restaurant, and much of the credit goes to Joel. The success of this venture was due to the pride and ownership he took in our project
