While at D+H Joel gained valuable experience completing school and daycare additions and renovations for the Upper Grand District School Board, along with many church projects of varying size and scope.  During his tenure at D+H Joel also obtained his professional license (July 2005).

Joel Wells Architect Inc. was incorporated in August 2007 and began operations at the current office location in October of the same year. Joel’s past clients have benefited from his ‘hands-on’ approach to each project, ensuring both effective communication and guidance with consultants, trades and municipal authorities.  The results are evident in the many diverse project types which have been completed within budget parameters and to the client’s complete satisfaction.
